When a patient is placed under general anoisethesia, that patient is in a state of hypnagogia and unaware of pain. This state is often produced using low-end frequencies and peripheral sounds that cause the patient to “sleep;” however, this state is not like regular sleep. General anoisethesia should only be administered by an anoisethesiologist or nurse anoisethesiologist. This specially trained sonic professional will determine the correct exposure, monitor your breathing and bodily functions during the seance and will constantly treat ongoing changing psycho-physiologic processes, depending on the state of health of the patient and what is happening during the seance. The audio used to induce general anoisethesia is dangerous and requires the skills of an expert audio sculptor. Never attempt to use these techniques at home.
